Juliana and her team are just amazing. They treat my home like it’s their own and they never miss the little things. With four dogs, my house can get out of control fast, but after their visit it feels fresh, calm, and welcoming again. I can finally relax and enjoy my home. Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without them.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom. She lives alone and struggles with hoarding disorder and depression, which has made it very difficult for her to keep the house clean. When I reached out to Juliana’s Pristine Cleaning, Mattheus answered with so much patience and understanding.

The house was extremely cluttered and dirty, and honestly, I didn’t even know where to start. Mattheus explained that the cleaning would take three days to complete, and that they would divide the work step by step so it wouldn’t be overwhelming. That reassurance meant a lot.

Juliana came with Mattheus and brought two more helpers. Together they worked tirelessly on a deep clean, filling bag after bag of trash. I lost count of how many full garbage bags they carried out to the dumpster.

What impressed me the most was their kindness and respect throughout the process. They never judged my mom’s situation, only focused on helping restore her home. The difference at the end was night and day.

I am so grateful for their patience and hard work. I would recommend Juliana’s Pristine Cleaning to anyone who needs not just a professional cleaning service, but also people who truly care.

I hired Juliana’s Pristine Cleaning for a deep clean and they did a pretty solid job. Matt replied super fast (like, same day fast) and was really easy to talk to. The cleaners showed up on time and worked hard. The place looked WAY better after, esp the kitchen.

Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is cuz a small spot got missed (nothing crazy), but when I texted Matt he handled it right away and offered to fix it. Good communication goes a long way.

Overall, really happy w/ the service. I’d def hire them again.

Hired them thru TaskRabbit and ended up getting their direct contact after the first clean. Now they come bi-weekly for my place, and I even signed a contract for my office (they clean it 2x a week). Super reliable, great communication, always show up. Really glad I found them. 100% recommend!

So, after my parents passed away, I honestly couldn’t bring myself to clean the house. A whole year went by, and dust and dirt just kept building up especially with my dogs around. It got to a point where I knew I needed help, so I reached out to Juliana’s Pristine Cleaning.

At first, I was a bit surprised by the price, but my home has 3 floors plus a garage. After getting another estimate from a different company, I realized Matt and Juliana’s quote was actually very fair and friendly.

Matt sent two cleaners, Daniela and Frank, for the deep clean, and they were amazing, super respectful, patient, and detailed. The difference after they finished was unbelievable.

Now I have them coming every two weeks for maintenance cleaning, and I love that Matt still checks in and even stops by sometimes to make sure everything’s going smoothly. That kind of care makes a big difference.

Reached out to Juliana’s Pristine Cleaning, and Matt came in person the same day to check the job and gave me an estimate right there. Super professional and straight to the point.

Next day, Tiago & Marcia showed up ready to work. Both were on time, polite, and really knew what they were doing. They handled all the dust, floors, and windows perfectly. By the time they finished, the apartments were shining and ready for handover.

Honestly, it’s tough finding reliable cleaners who actually care about the final result, but these guys saved the day. 100% recommend and def using them again on future projects.

Hit up Juliana’s Pristine Cleaning for a bathroom cleaning and Matt replied super fast. Gave me the estimate same day and told me Deborah would be the one coming on the date we booked. He said if I needed anything just to call him really appreciated that.

I first found Juliana’s Pristine Cleaning back in May 2025 through the Turno app. I was looking for someone to do a deep clean for my Airbnb studio in Boston, and after chatting with Matt, I could tell right away these guys were the real deal, super professional and easy to trust.

They did such a solid job on that Airbnb (honestly looked brand new after) that I ended up hiring them again for my own home. Me and my wife decided to go for a deep clean first, and now we have them doing standard cleanings every two weeks.

Not only is our place spotless, but I’ve noticed how much more relaxed I feel. Less clutter, less stress. My mind just feels lighter.
